Hi Guys
I will be away for the first half of the lesson. You need to read through the powerpoints below and complete the tasks included in them.
Some of the powerpoint have hyperlinks in them - you might need to download them (or view them on slideshare) to make them work.
POWERPOINT ONE
This first powerpoint outlines the unit for you. You might want to print it off so that you can complete the tasks in it. For part of it you will also need to read and print off the documents included under the powerpoint.

What is genre from Naamah Hill
POWERPOINT THREE
This powerpoint outlines the concept of 'humour' which is of course at the heart of the comedy genre. It also tries to explain what British humour is. Once you have read it I want you to make notes on the comedy used in the two case study films. You will need to give specific examples from the films for the different types of humour mentioned in the powerpoint - but not all types of humour will be in the case studies. You will need to hand your work in so I can check it.
